Please note that the steering group meeting scheduled for Monday 19th January will now take place Monday 26th January.
Venue: Hinton Blewett at 7.30pm.
Marc Baylis from Worcester will be at our meeting on 26th to give a brief presentation and summary of the findings from our neighbourhood survey.
The change of date has been necessary because we have had such a large response to our neighbourhood questionaire that Worcester needed a bit more time to collate the information prior to reporting back to us.
We are so pleased, the response to our survey is over 35% from each Parish.
We will publish a summary of the results very soon.
For information, please take a look at the survey that was sent to all households in our Neighbourhood Plan Area.
Our detailed household survey has now been sent to every dwelling in the Plan Area – if you have not recieved one please contact us.
The results will be coordinated by Worcester Research – and the Steering Group will get a summary of the information in their Jan 2015 meeting.
The summary of information from our drop-in events is here…

If you have not been able to get to any of the summer drop in events but would like to help us by filling in a questionaire – you can download the form here Download our Initial Questionaire
We are only just getting started with the Chew Valley Neighbourhood Plan, please help us with our first stage of community engagement. There will be more surveys and events to follow over the
next year, however the information you provide in this initial questionaire will indicate to the steering group the key issues and themes that unite our community and what areas the community feel need to be researched to inform the vision and aims of the plan.
When you have completed the questionaire it can be returned to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively you can pop it through the door of any of the parish councillors that are in the 7 parishes covered by the plan.
Thank you for reading this and taking the time to respond, your feedback is vital to our plan! All the information you provide remains anonymous and is really useful to the steering group.
We will be collating the results during October and will put a summary of the findings on this website.
